Additional Charges Other Than the Product Price

The applicable charges will be displayed on the screen during the purchase process. In addition to the sales price, customers are responsible for internet connection fees, communication charges, and similar costs. Consumption tax is included in the sales price.

Payment Methods and Timing

Timing of Service Provision

The service will be available after you complete the purchase procedure and we finish configuring your account for use.

Returns and Cancellations

As a general rule, cancellations are not accepted after payment has been completed. Please note that fees will still apply if you cancel during the month, and no refunds, including prorated refunds, will be provided.
